Booking deadline:

The reservation form must be completed, duly signed, and sent to ESC within the following deadlines:

VIP Packs: 2 month before the event.

Options: 2 month before the event.

Any request received after the deadline will be reviewed and accepted subject to availability.

Cancellation policy :

• From booking until 45 days before the event: 50% penalty

• From 44 to 20 days before the event: 75% penalty

• From 19 to 1 day before the event: 100% penalty
