Booking deadline:
The reservation form must be completed, duly signed, and sent to ESC within the following deadlines:
VIP Packs:
1-day program: 1 month before the event.
2-day program: 2 months before the event.
3-day program: 2 months before the event.
Options:
Helicopter transfer: 2 months before the event.

Cancellation policy :
From booking until 45 days before the event: 50% penalty
From 44 to 20 days before the event: 75% penalty
From 19 to 1 day before the event: 100% penalty
